Factory Layout Planner @SPS IPC Drives Italia

From 21th to 23th of May 2013 SPS IPC Drives Italia, the most important Italian exhibition concerning technologies for industrial automation systems, took place in Parma.
SUPSI participated presenting the Factory Layout Planner multi-touch tool, developed within the Dorothy project in collaboration with the Italian partner TTS - Technology Transfer System S.r.l.
SPS Italia gave the opportunity to show this simulation tool aimed at supporting layout design and the discrete event simulation of production systems behavior. A showcase of this tool is presented in the video, that was shot at SUPSI at the end of the project.
